Died slowly and painfully over the course of a few weeks(spent about 2 months denying anything was wrong even though I dropped 1/2 my body weight,) desu.

No problems, I had IBS as a teenager from poor diet, and I'm short sighted from sitting in front of a screen 14 hours a day. I have a lanky build so I think I'd be okay with missing meals and hunting, I might be a bit fucked if its a severe winter though.

I'm p sure it has less to do medical complications and more with my mom being lazy, iirc she had c-sections for all us kids.

Anyways, I had an ingrown toenail that became SO infected when I was like 15 and so I totally would have died from that or lost a toe at least.

I also woke up on the side of the road next to my bike one day - again nothing serious it was a mild concussion but I probably would have been retarded

I never even ate anything particularly shitty even in modern standards. Lots of veg and fruit, maybe a cup or two of soda a day, plus at the time I was a floor cleaner so I was on my feet walking and carrying heavy shit for 8-14 hours a night for five or six days a week on average. Just one night out of the blue I start pissing every ten minutes and can't stop and start losing weight at a frightening pace and jamming pizza into my face every day to get huge doses of calories didn't help. Actually that's probably what kept me from dropping dead after the first couple weeks.
