You're usually right. The cheapest I ever got a room was $40 and it was like 4pm (didn't get there until 11pm). Room was a complete rat hole though. TV didn't work, holes in the walls, paint chipped, stains and tears on carpet, and the hotel wasn't located near anything. I'm surprised they even bother listing that shitty room it was such garbage.
