I've had all these thought before, and desu, it sounds like a lot of your unhappiness comes from building a castle of words around yourself. You have the choice to pay attention to and spend time thinking about whatever you want to. If you spend all your time thinking things like "Nobody likes me because I'm shy and autistic," "Women think that I'm worthless," or "I'll never have a social life," you're just making yourself miserable. Now, that doesn't mean there's no reality to the idea that having a normal life is going to be a lot harder for you than someone who's naturally equipped for it, but there's also no reason you can't be happy without being a normie. Like I said, you can spend time thinking about anything that you want. So you could learn a new skill, or do something that you enjoy, or find some new media to enjoy. There are plenty of people who are awkward and ugly spergs and still have friends - they go to an anime club, or play Magic at a gaming store, or go see the latest Marvel movie. And they're probably a lot happier than you for the most part. So you can stop caring about what normies think and do what you like, or you can ruminate over the idea that people at your new job might not like you because you're awkward. It's your choice.
