This is the stupidest advice I've ever read. Your stomach holds less when you are hungry, but it's a sign that you need to eat all the same. I generally dislike eating so I'm not going ot do it unless I'm starving. As much as it sucks if I don't eat I'll die. I can handle one meal a day alright as long as I'm good and hungry.
