I might have bipolar but the diagnosis is still schizophrenia unspecified. So I take psychotics and seems that I have side effects myself. I've talked to a doctor, psychatrist and going to visit another doctor.

You know you can potentially recover from bipolar disorder (and even schizophrenia)? Or they told me lies.

I can highly recommend changing your diet. I hate it how they are so badly informed on nutrition in psychiatry. All they know about is fish oil.

Ever since I changed my diet I feel more energy and depression has almost completely vanished.
