Dying is scary. how do I not die? I don't want this to be

Once you figure out the barriers you place between your body and the rest of the world are imaginary, and that the I you percieve is more your ego and oersona than the real you, then you'll start to see how inconsequential death is. It's perfectly fine for dying to scare anyone, but death is really no big deal.

It's like treating the flu

Die a little bit for a little while and you'll make it through.

This really. Also the moment before death is really pleasant and peaceful and you just sort of let go, like the feeling you get when you fall asleep after just waking up times a 1000. Nearly died a few times. Also I guess that's why people choke themselves during sex sometimes
