I have moderate nodular type acne. It's the most severe type but luckily I developed it later in my life (around college) and started treatment early.

I take 200mg Doxycyline Hyclate everyday.

I also use a skin Differin gel, and Clindamycin lotion twice a day.

My skin has gotten a lot better since I started oral antibiotics, but I still get a couple new cysts a week. If my regimen stops working then I'll probably go on Accutane.

Just wash your face with a cleanser twice a day and change your pillow case bro :^)

this unironically worked for me but I still have deep red scars so I still look like a pizza face

Sadly the only true solution is to grow out of it, I tried everything in my teens to no avail, and when I gave up trying to fix it it went away on its own around 18-19

Just fuck my whole life up acne. I really don't want to be on isotretinoin for another year (the dry lips/eyes are a fucking nightmare) but it's the only thing that works.

Try using pure honey mask every night for 15 minutes right after taking a bath, and try to exfoliate your face thrice a week, that'll make red marks disappear slowly but surely
