I'm a NET(in uni but lots of free time), will anything cool or super beneficial happen if I meditate for multiple hours in a row each day?
I have willpower and discipline issues and want to get better.

I'm already a loser who is uninteresting, I can stand to be hippy dippy too if it means I actually get shit done.

Yeah, if you channel your qi through the correct acupoints you will not only become smarter, but faster and stronger.
Make sure you do it properly though, take advantage of herbal medicines if you want to speed up your cultivation process.

How do I channel my qi through the correct acupoints?
What's the best form of meditation?

It depends on what you want to get out of it. I'm personally privvy to Chinese Daoist meditation, but since you're a beginner I'd suggest going with Mindfulness Meditation, it's a more modern scientific adaptation of Buddhist stuff I believe.
Plenty of guides online (and even in books) that can teach you.
