Once in a while I end up having a vague feeling of time having "stretched". I feel as if MONTHS if not years have passed since Friday. I still have a relatively clear recollection of the events of last week, but it seems to me like they happened years ago and I don't remember much between then and now. I've been feeling this way since yesterday morning.
Is something wrong with my brain? Anyone else ever feel the same thing?
Yeah happens to me when I'm losing a lot of sleep or after I take a psychedelic.
Do wake up often when sleeping?

It seems to be the opposite in my case, it seems to happen more if I'm very well rested and get to sleep to my full. Most of the time the "cut-off" happens on a weekend or otherwise early in the following week.
I don't really wake up while sleeping or take any drugs.

>Anything turamatic happen lately?
Nothing in particular stands out.
>Any anxiety?
All the time, about everything.
>you do sports or have issues with blood pressure?
I lift weights and general medical check-ups including blood pressure say I'm in perfect health.
