Why is it that guys make it a point to project their insecurities onto women rather than just letting it happen and seeing if they notice/care. It puts pressure on them to react and then guys get upset over there reaction

I don't quite understand your argument. Give me an example.

You think your dick is small. You warn your potential women that your dick is small. She says it's not a problem, I'm sure it's not small etc.
You keep telling her it's really small don't be surprised... Soon she starts to get discouraged.. Maybe it's like suuuper tiny or there's something else wrong, maybe your super self conscious.
She says never mind we don't have to move so fast.
You tell her it's okay but just know it's super tiny. Then if you have sex you spend the aftermath asking again and again if it felt good, if it was okay, sorry for being so bad. All this to the point of running her off because she can't nurture your feelings constantly. Women do it too but it's equally unattractive when men do it
Sorry op at work. So im slow to reply lol

Yes, insecurity is unattractive. I can see why women would be turned off by a man like that.
But it's unlikely that situation frequently happens.
If any robot here says women would never find attractive men who have small penis, or short height, or poor social skills, then they're stating the truth, not projecting.
A woman may fuck a 5'6" man, or a man with a 4" inch penis, or a man who rarely leaves his house, but they're likely in the extreme minority.
