I'm 6'1 and went from 76 kg to 66kg in the last year. Went from looking decently fit to look like my 15yo self. If i shave my face and neck get really bony.

I dont know whats wrong with me. I just skip meals because i'm lazy to prep them in advance for days. I just cook what I find in the fridge and if there isnt anything or it would be too complicated i just dont.
