I'm better at English grammar than my native languages' grammar, mostly because my native languages are intuitional while when I communicate in English I put thought into every word.

I know practically 0 rules in my 2 native languages (I speak 3 languages)

Throughout my life, I appeared to others as being capable of wisdom. I cannot remember anything I haven't personally experienced.
Names, numbers, and events fade from my memory fast.
I'm not good at math, nor am I learned in anything higher than algebra.
Tests become impossible if I'm expected to self-study.
Only flashcards work when it comes to memorizing, but that requires time and another person, something I never have.

I'm fucked. I suck at work, my mind is slow to process events around me, I usually take a day to really understand when something important happened, or an opportunity I missed passed me by.

I've yet to take an iq test because I'm scared that I'll see the truth, that I'm slow and forgetful.

IQ isn't really all that meaningful. Don't let it bring you down.
