I used to gorge on potato chips, but I switched to buying custom bags of trail mix. Ten pounds went off just like that.

I tried making my own, but I found it cheaper to just order what you want online. Buying individual ingredients for trail mix gets to expensive to quickly.

I usually just make ham sandwiches or something.
I don't eat a lot so I don't snack a lot.

I don't like to eat snacks, messes with my appetite. But on the off chance that I do eat a snack, its probably be either some cheese, carrots, or whatever baked goods my mother made.

Homemade beef jerky (batch cooking in advance) and something Dutch called cheese pops. I'm not Dutch but our local supermarket has them for some reason.

Both pretty much zero carbs and loaded with good protein (jerky) and fats (cheese).
