Is our conscience not just a collection of moral values instilled into us by society? And if these moral values are so paramount to our culture then they must have a basis in something.
Assuming these values are based in some form of transcendent "God", if there is no God does that not mean that everything is permitted?

You're mostly talking nonsense, but morality ultimately concerns the well-being of conscious creatures, and moral actions are ultimately founded on empathy and reciprocity, which come from US as thinking, feeling creatures capable of imagination, honest self-examination, and the experiencing of suffering and pleasure.
No god is necessary to tell you what suffering is, and moral precepts like the rule of reciprocity aren't original or unique to any religion, but are present in the moral philosophy of nearly every ancient culture from around the world, all independent of each other.
Try to make a moral code without using empathy and reciprocity, and/or which doesn't fall apart with them.

Not really. His thoughts on morality and "truth" are honestly pretty nonsensical, though his refutations of SJW ideology are spot-on.
