Exercising is only a tiny fraction of weight loss. Hours of work to burn a few hundred calories at best when I could just not eat that in the first place

what you should do, OP, is make your breakfast for tomorrow, today. Make some oats or something, mix in some honey or dried fruit, and put it in the fridge. Then tomorrow morning you won't be so tempted to order fast food/pizza because you already have something ready to go. Obviously oats aren't as nice when theyre not freshly made but it might help to get you eating more healthily. Make sure you put clingfilm over the top or they'll turn into concrete. Tomorrow just mix in a bit of extra milk and microwave for a few minutes, stirring regularly.

Also do the same with dinner, pre-cook grilled chicken breasts, veggies, brown rice etc. and put them in boxes, then whenever you're hungry and tempted to order food you can just stick one in a microwave and you have dinner in like 10 minutes. Also you can cover them in herbs, oils, spices etc. to keep things tasty. I like using balsamic glaze or homemade teriyaki sauce on chicken.

It basically goes like this
