You guys ever buy from ebay? What's the longest someone

A couple of years ago I purchased a console fag 360, I'm still waiting for it

With paypal, I'm certain you will get your money back. What is the guys feedback like? What is the product. I have had people attempt scams when I tried to sell my macbook multiple times, but was smart. You have to be careful with high price items.

Probably got lost in the mail. It happens. I'd take the refund and order it from a different seller. Make sure you always check seller reviews. Check where something is shipping from too. Something coming from China is obviously not going to get there as fast as something the next state over

you have 45 days to file a paypal claim and they will basically always side with you

It's Titanfall 2. I'm guessing he's mad I got it for such a cheap price. It's brand new and I won it for 20 bucks. His feedback isn't the best compared to everyone with 99.9% and shit. His is 90% with some negatives on his account.

Thing is he offered a refund and said I just sent whatever was left in my paypal. I said wtf and then he went back and said hold on let me see if I can do something. Then the next day the 29th I got a notification that my item shipped but when I checked the tracking number it just says that USPS has made a shipping label and that they're awaiting the item. It's been like that since early saturday.

Ebay goyim here, ebay loves buyers dont worry little buddy ebay backs the buyer and in most cases fuck over small sellers. Go to purchases and find the item bought and select dispute or whatever it says to escalate to a refund. Tell the ebay the issue and it should work out for you.

If this is the case; Even if price is low, according to ebay terms he owns you the product because payment was sent. Everyone knows winning bid is kinda like a contract. After money is sent, seller should fucking send product. It's his fault you got it for low price. He should be penalized, cause he might try this on other people. I have sold a few products and got pissed when they sold low. But had balls to send product. After learning I always attempt to sell products for max value now. Dude needs to learn how to sell better and make more $$. I understand the seller gets fucked over but this guy fucked himself over since he started the bidding so low. That's part of the risk of selling on ebay if you don't put a legit value for the item. I hate to do the whole refund thing but the guy had sold his fair share of items and should know how this works now.

Thanks for the advice. There have been times I've fucked myself over by bidding too much and I get stuck with it but I gotta go through with it because it was my fault for getting caught up in a bidding war. I always pay immediately after the said ends and I expect fast service from the seller as well. One thing that bothered me was that he said I should have received the item a week after I won but his package never said "shipped". I understand some people don't do the whole tracking but then after a few days passed after it supposedly should have got to my house from what he said I finally got a shipping alert from him but only a label has been created, USPS still does not have the item. So this means he lied about ever sending it the first time.
