I am just going to do American women. As one could imagine, the numbers behind this are dubious, but probably have some basis in reality.

The average number of sexual parters for an American woman is 7.2. The average length of a sexual relationship is around 33 months. The average time sex takes is 5.4 minutes from insertion to removal. Most couples have intercourse around one to two times a month. The average American male "length" is 5.1 inches or so. Let's assume that half the length of the penis is inserted and half removed every 1.5 seconds during intercourse, as I am told this is considered a normal pace.

(324 seconds of sex divided by 1.5 seconds) times (5.1/2 inches)

=550.8 inches during intercourse

This is multiplied by the number of times an American woman has sex during a relationship, 49.5 times 7.2, the number of relationships.

This is 196305.12 inches, or about 3.1 miles or so.

This is a rough approximation, as I have mentioned earlier.
