I knew one of these girls in college.

She was fucking CRAZY. Maybe it was combined with the Italian Brooklyn accent that made it even more ridiculous, but she was fucking batshit insane. She had this really loud boisterous personality that made her the queen bitch of everything. Very dominating in conversations, so much so that even the giga Chads would have a hard time bantering with her. Chewed through boyfriends like it was nothing, all the dumping done on her side. There was a rumor that said she was the daughter of a mob boss. I don't know if I believe that, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I have followed her on her social media and her breast grow coincided with her having surgery on her kidney. Yes, macromastia is very common in Dominican, Haitian, and African American women. Particularly women in the south eastern US.

Certain african american women respond to hypertension (high blood pressure) medications by gaining significant amounts of weight, often a large part of it in their breasts. I have seen several examples online of black women who have breasts which are completely out of bra sizing, literally larger than full sized watermelons. And these women are not immense SSBBW body types (other than Norma Stitz). They are obese, but their breasts are far beyond the range of normalcy for their BMI.

Then there is Kristina Milan. This photo was posted by one of her friends on facebook. It shows her size after pregnancy. Kristina experiences gestational gigantomastia each time she is pregnant and breastfeeding. When she weans her children her breasts reduce by orders of magnitude. Her bra size is also out of all available sizes. My guess is she would be something like a 36T in UK sizing.

1. They simply feel more comfortable showing off their bodies. Baggy shirts may get replaced by fitting tops.
2. Correct bra sizing can make breasts appear more prominent.
3. There is evidence correct bra cup sizing can actually increase breast size due to "tissue migration" where fat which has been pushed into the armpit over time improperly fitting bra is pushed back into the breast proper.
3. The introduction of birth control, notably hormone releasing IUD birth control such as Mirena which are known to increase breast size. Some women choose this birth control intentionally. It is one of the little secrets of the porn industry, for instance. How do you think Tessa Fowler has "grown" in her 20s?
4. Diet. College time is the time for fatty burgers and indulgence. And alcoholic drinks which are rich in hops have been theorized to increase breast size in women.
5. Exercise. With the move to college there is no more gym class or extra curricular sports. It's easy to gain weight, and with that comes cup sizes.
6. Pheromones. There may be some kind of mating instincts and physical hormonal responses that come with suddenly being in contact with many people you have not met before and away from your family. The female body may expand in these circumstances to attempt to attract a mate.
7. Hormones in food. Less home cooked meals means more food rich in all manner of "other" ingredients that have effects which can't be predicted.

Volleyball sized is not an exaggeration. I keep track of this girl too and she is not as short as she looks in some photos. She's about 5'6". I believe the photo in question is a little later than her freshman year. She graduated in 2013 and I think that photo is from 2016. That would make her about 21. That photo is also probably her single most busty photo. It was probably taken on a "big day" in her cycle.
