idk they are both bad. I've worked with both and downs kids can be annoying as fuck but autistic kids can be violent and crazy.

Down Syndrome kids are at least generally happy and kind, and they can become pretty good at small talk. LFA kids on the other hand don't usually have redeeming qualities, almost none of them are actual savants, and especially with my luck I wouldn't get a savant kid. So yeah, Down's.
