I know a sysadmin dad who did p90x and he went from dadbod to movie star and that is absolutely amazing. Seriously considering dropping $$$ on the stuff and going hard.

The only reason I lost weight was because I started to pay attention to what I ate. I used to be fat because I ate tons of carbs and ate a ton.

Add 500cal more to get bigger
Subtract 500cal to lose weight

Start out with starting strength and read how to properly lift free weights so that you don't injure yourself.

I work like 50 hours a week and live at home, I have to keep finding useful shit to buy, or i just keep saving money and losing value slowly to (((inflation))).

I know that feel bro. Takes awhile to for your insecurities and self perception to change. And just seeing how other people treat you differently makes society seem so superficial.
