I have the exact same thing. I do lots of low impact cardio and yoga, and have been to physical therapy a bunch, and eat well (lots of steam cooked and raw veggies and legumes, raw fruits nuts and seeds, lean meats very rarely, b12 and d supplements) and sleep well, and I still couldn't prevent and reverse this. I'm only 21 but I have the body of a 45 year old. It's so bizarre. And yeah my face is fat, but not in a babyfat way that makes me look young.
