I get extremely paranoid after a night of heavy drinking.

Like if I go outside I keep feeling like people want to harm me or are secretly laughing because they know what I did. I just walk glaring at everyone and trying not to lose my shit.

I feel like my alcoholism is almost entirely to blame for my anxiety. It used to be only when I was severely hung over, I'd get the disturbing mental images and extreme paranoia, but now it's more or less a constant problem everyday. Pretty sure my brain is broken or something. Can't even smoke weed anymore to feel better, let alone any other harder drugs or psychedelics.
