>tfw skin picker
Anyone else know this feel? I have scabs from my calves to my chest all over. It used to be a minor issue but my antidepressants made me go nuts about it.

I scratch my face to the point it bleeds, sometimes just out of boredom, I once went overboard so I had to tell people I fell cuz they asked questions.

Yup. Can't stop picking the skin on my shoulders, and sometimes on my chest.
When I'm super stressed I pick so much it bleeds.
My shoulders and arms are covered in scabs and fresh wounds, probably made some scars already. It looks disgusting but it's so hard to stop.
i don't do this but i bite my nails and the skin on my fingertips when i get anxious
when i get out of the shower or something you can see all the marks. looks disgusting

I do this on a very regular basis. I actually do it to the point where my fingers bleed, and are not not able to grow back the finger nails properly, thus making the tips of my fingers deformed.
I stopped doing it a few years ago, around when I turned 21.
Most of the scarring didn't stay permanent, but I do have a few marks left on my legs.

>get into the shower
>washing without issue
>notice a mole or other dark spot that you didn't see before
>get extremely paranoid that it's early signs of cancer
>completely zone out and autistically pick at the spot until you manage to pull every bit of it off of your skin, no matter how long it takes
>spend another five or so minutes examining the now bleeding spot
>finish washing
Every fucking night
