Find a purpose for your life. This will make it easier to set goals and stay motivated, which in turn will make it much easier for you to achieve things.

Finding a purpose isn't easy, but here's the good news: Because there is ultimately no purpose to our existence here---all of us will soon be dead, along with the planet itself one day---you get to make it up on your own. Literally anything can be a legitimate purpose for your life, if it's something you genuinely believe in and value. You'll probably be more satisfied if your purpose involves helping other people, but this is not a requirement.

One additional piece of advice: Don't make "getting women" your purpose. That's not how it works. Have some other purpose that motivates you and once women see you starting to achieve things in life, they will naturally want to become a part of your story.
