Hey, being a neet is great, you just have to work on fixing your character if you feel like it's bringing you down.
Start by cleaning your room and letting some light and air in, it will change your mindset while you're inside. If you're overweight, consider going for a job in the morning or at night, maybe leave some weights by your computer and use them every now and then.
For people skills you could start by talking to people in game, I met my online friends in a twitch chat, lots of streamers have small communities of nice people.
