This. Changing pillow case is a huge one. Use witch hazel or a sulfur acne cream on your face after you take a shower. Also cut soda and eat healthy.

I dunno about that one. Some vitamin d would do him good.

It appears to be eczema. Try cleansing and moisturising twice a day, every day. And it looks quite severe. You'd usually use hydrocortisone, but you might need something stronger.

If you work on it and make sure to cleanse/moisturize and apply your medication every day it would clear up in a month or two. You may be left with some slight scarring.

Also if you're taking drugs like meth or drinking a bunch of alcohol, that's not gonna be good for your skin either.

Cerave face cleanser + stridex acne pads + diluted tea tree oil + moisturiser + sun screen
