10 years is a long time, hopefully I'll be too busy with actual important things to be on here still. I've come a long way in the last 2-3 years, honestly I made the change way too late but hey never late than never.
Listen, as a man if you eat well and exercise then you can be in good shape well into your 50's. Don't make excuses for yourself,
"oh you're a virgin past 20 there's no hope, blah, blah." People lose their V card organically at 20, 24, 27. But you got to put in real effort to see any real change and it won't be easy.

Earning an honest buck in a mid-tier medical profession, probably working more than is comfortable but earning quite a lot of dough.

To be honest I don't really know if this is the road I want to go down, but I don't really see an alternative for me. I was doomed to only slightly enjoy life. The best I can do is just play it safe, acquire currency and a mate and hopefully I'll have a pretty smooth existence.
