I'm 5'5" 120lbs. You are pretty much my goal weight. Post a picture of what you look like. I don't care if you're fat or muscular, I just want to see my potential future. I got up to 130lbs years ago, but then I got into legal trouble, depression came on stronger, and stopped going to the gym and being healthy.
Lifelong /skelly/ here too, just learned to deal with it though.

What I found helps is making excessively tastey food. I'm no sweet tooth, I'm more partial to savory foods so what I've been doing is mass hash browns with cheddar and exxxtra salt. Sure excessive salt isn't good for your heart, but blowing away in a strong breeze isnt either
I'm 5'10 120lbs, I'm apparently extremely underweight but I honestly don't look like a skelly. I would like to gain weight so that I can be sturdier and less weak but I feel like I would just end up looking fat.

6ft skelly at 115. also have pectus excavatum which tends to show if the wind is blowing into me. really makes me devalue myself and ive recently started to try eating a whole other meal altogether but so far no results
