I watched a guy go from fat to skinny doing that shit and after it was all said and done he was balding and I think it's from starving way too much

I know a former Chad- played football in highschool, lifted weights every other day, was super active and outside a lot. He will still brag about how him and his friends would shove down mountains of nuggets and pizza like it was an accomplishment. Now he's in his mid-20's, has a desk job, and is pretty fat (he isn't a bad guy, it's just how it happened). It's all in how you balance your consumption with your activity levels as well as paying attention to your age/thyroid
