Don't trick yourself into thinking you know where you want to go. A lot of people have a weird perception of where they think they want to work.
Apply to other schools or teaching programs in other provinces and countries like Vietnam, Korea, Phillipines, and South-Eastern Asia in General.

Also, if you are not a native speaker, then you may need better qualifications, or apply to lower standard teaching positions.

I'm talking about the ACT of construction, not end result. I should've elaborated.

Engineers may construct for prototyping and testing purposes. But not for full-scale assembly-line construction. But it depends on the demand of the product and if you need a contruction work force.
