Group therapy is more effective desu. It helps you socilize and realize that you're not the only depressed person around.

The only thing that bothers me about group therapy is that some people bring their bullshit-ass problems to group. The one I'm in right now has 2 Staceys who cry and cry about having no friends, with one of them claiming that she has never had a bf or been on a date. There's also a neckbeard who is a literal faggot (he's gay) who struggles with making friends and social anxiety/confidence, but he still refuses to exercise. There are also your typical SJWs, but the weirdest thing is that they were often the most empathetic and compassionate.

All in all it's a good experience for me. I judge the fuck out of everyone in there though.

Most mental health people are filthy normies, yes, but I got really lucky to have a good therapist for my groups. I also need the drugs more then the average anon because I'm schizophrenic as well as depressed.
