It's illegal to only have one "social animal" as a pet and will be considered victims of abuse if they don't live or interact regularly with others of their species.
Why isn't this law applied to humans?

Yep. Sex has been found to be required for sound mental health in men, making it a basic necessity as essential as not being locked in a basement with zero social contact. Yet 100% of women are allowed to say no to the same guy, which is effectively the same as locking a man in a basement.
