Comunque se posso darti un consiglio, nella pasta con le melanzane metti la mozzarella nel sugo per farla sciogliere,
Per la carbonara invece io aggiungo un filo di panna nella miscela che fai di rosso e tuorlo d'uovo per renderla un poco piu liquida, al massimo aggiungici qualche bianco

I didn't take any photos but my brother-in-law went hunting the other day and dropped off a couple of ducks.

Tonight was crispy Sichuan duck with lotus root and black fungus. Seasoning was delicious but meat was a little dry - I'm thinking wild duck might be pretty lean this time of year.
