You should've trained for some time at home/outside, because If you're a complete beginner, the bang you're getting kinda isn't worth the buck. Any kind of sports is a huge boost in confidence especially for a man, because it rises your T levels. Good for you OP. Just remember SET FUCKING HIGH GOALS, because if your goals are low, you'll lose motivation when you reach 'em.
