Its so much better for you in terms of efficacy and patient outcomes than most psych meds. Psych meds should only be used alongside talk therapy. You need to retrain your brain so you can eventually wean off the meds.

Talk therapy is a meme and I should've mentioned for me its mostly anxiety and OCD and depression resulting from these things rather than depression itself.
