yeah i get them pretty bad, my doc says i'm probably in the top .5% of people in terms of how many they are. He just goes in there with a knife and drains them

Do not do that. My father had cysts and would do that when he got them on his chest or back and always ended up in the hospital with an infection and made it worse. Especially do not be doing that anywhere near your balls. If they look like pic related then they're already infected and need to be seen by a doctor. One wrong cut down there and you could snip a very vital muscle or vessel and potentially bleed to death.

Go to the doctor, trust me, they won't care, they'll look at it, tell you what needs to be done, and you're good to go. Seriously go to the doctor anon, they won't care about your dick or balls beyond fixing the cyst problem and getting it out. Do not under any circumstances try to remove them yourselves, its going to hurt, and assuming you don't get it all out and don't knick something, you run the risk of also letting the infection spread and setting up potential necrosis.
