Help robots. I need to lose 13lbs really fast. I just can't do it. I think I plateued on my diet after losing 70lbs

>be me last year
>225lbs male at 5'7
>do the "eat one meal a day" diet
>got to my current weight of 150lbs
>goal weight is 135ish lbs

I don't know what to do. My calorie intake is already at 750 calories a day and I already get fainting spills and chronic headaches every day. I don't know how to get rid of this final lbs. I just feel so fat in my body even after all the weight I lost.

5'7" and 150lb is actually not too bad OP. Your BMI is like what, 23? It's not ottermode but you're not obese anymore. The fact that you lost 75lb is really amazing.

Take a breather and just eat about 1500 calories a day, you'll lose like half a pound a week.

150 is fine. Eat more for a couple weeks and then try again if you really want.

I've been browsing /fa/ and everyone I talk to there suggested a weight range of between 115 - 135 lbs for my height. So I just took the highest number to reach. I don't think it's possible for me to ever reach the 120's anyway.
