Dont tie it too tight and oftenly, dont tie them when sleep, dont brush too much, only when needed to be sleek af, the other time, just brush it with fingers when it's still wet (after washing them), dont get stressed out, stress triggers falling even worse.


I've been there. Now it's much better, still falling but not as crazy as it used to be.
