Judging by this, your problem is that you didn't pick the best partner, not that you actually dislike relationships alltogether. You should probably break up with her. Don't make yourself and her suffer even more by pretending for another couple of months till it all comes crashing down (protip it'll be even shittier then).
Although I'd recommend to find some good things in your relationship and try to cherish these more or just generally improve your relationships (as in think what things specifically are making you feel suffocated etc, then try to fix them). Might be worth a shot before just breaking up with her.
