Use a can of air duster.

>Cover the skin around it with a thick layer of duct tape
>hold duster can upside down
>fire in short bursts
>repeat for a minute or so
>remove the duct tape
>bandage the area very well and make sure you seal it from open air.

In a few weeks it will disappear. Expect the bandage to smell awful.

Also remember to shave the area first.
