Don't do it, Tylenol has a shitload of Acetaminophen in it which will quite literally destroy your liver in one go if you dose too high. You know what you're better off doing? Only take 2 or 3 and either have the best fap session of your life or have sex if you can manage it, you won't get high but the codeine will make it difficult if not impossible to finish

Take 6 if they're 30/300
Take 3 if they're 60/300
Paracetamol should be fine, don't risk wasting it on cold water extraction. I've taken a fuck load of paracetamol before because I didn't have time to extract and I was fine. If you feel like you're having trouble breathing, just sit up, avoid food and control your breathing.

DO NOT TAKE THEM. Acetaminophen is some nasty shit. If you try taking enough pills to get a recreational dose of codeine the acetaminophen could kill you. I'm not exaggerating. Kids die because they buy cough syrup or dxm that also has acetaminophen.
