I've been eating only 800 calories a day for the past two months and have lost about 20 pounds. I tested my urine and was in severe ketonuria which is good because it means my body fat is being burned.
But today I broke and ate 2,000 calories of chocolate in a single sitting. I feel awful and it didn't even taste good. I'm determined to get back on 800 calories a day from tomorrow onwards but will this momentary lapse ruin all my hard work?
Basically, can I still keep losing weight after a 2,000 calorie binge or have I fucked myself?
of course you can keep losing weight why wouldnt you be able to? youre not looking for an excuse to stop eating better are you? 800 calories sounds pretty low dude

~3500 calories in 1 pound of fat
you ate 2000 calories. that's like 0.6 pounds of fat. no, you didn't do anything bad. don't starve yourself extra hard tomorrow. just keep going like nothing happened.
