Any commuting unifags here? How long is your commute and is

I have an 1hr 15min commute, I dormed my first year. Tanked my social life, but my GPA is miles better

i literally cannot balance a social life and class. If i dont live off campus, id be a mess

It depends what you want out of university, if you're genuinely just there to learn and get a qualification and can occupy yourself with other hobbies and interests then commuting is definitely better, but you miss out on the "Uni experience" of living in dorms with other people your age which is a large part of the reason that most people go to university anyway.

The Uni experience was pointless, I just sealed myself in my dorm all day when I wasn't in class. Great being away from parents.
