A thesis is just stating what your argument is dude. It doesn't have to be long or worded in any complicated way. Just state that you'll be arguing in favor of x over y or something like that.

Have one main idea and three reasons to back it up.

Drugs r bad mkay

They are Addictive

They are Intoxicants

They are a Waste of money

Start by doing this, write an opening statement that says why you think they're bad, including your three points. Expand slightly on each point and explain how you'll break them down further

For addiction, look at how it affects individuals, they're families and friends the world while quoting examples you'll use later

For intoxication look for how it affects individuals, they're family and the world

For money do the same.

Later on have one example of world family and individual for each section

Different people have different ways of writing that work for them. I had issues writing my masters thesis, and journal papers in general, until I learned to work from an outline to organize my thoughts.
