I think I might just be dumb, and being dumb is having this so called "fog" all the time. My reflexes are slow, I can't read books, or even things I do read are almost instantly forgotten. This has made studying and university impossible.

Keep a private livejournal of every little thing you do/experience.

Especially put in your feelings about the scenario: Did someone make you feel bad after yelling at you? Did they tell you WHY they yelled at you? Write it all down.

Yeah, in particular, I can't converse with people. I can never relate an original thought of my own, can only respond to other people, and even then it's never anything good. It's as if there's nothing I can think of that would be desirable to communicate to another. Everyone else can do it, even if all they're saying is something stupid or redundant, and conversation will flow naturally. Not me.

Op stop masturbating or having sex. Stop all sexual thoughts. Brain fog goes away after two weeks but it gets worse before it gets better. Just stick to your celibacy through the hard first week then it gets easier and clearer. Eating sugar also causes brain fog but nothing causes brain fog as bad as fapping.

I have a tendency to say a wrong, random word and not notice I said the wrong thing. It's not a cognitive deficiency because I'm a very good student but it's an annoying social "quirk".

Fast conversations hurt my head, I feel like a cpu overheating. I will start saying "yes" when I mean to be saying "no" and start mispronouncing basic words. I always take extremely long breaks between sentences to recuperate.
