I have this issue. I woke up at 6:00. Decide to watch a quick episode of Rokudenashi. I watched three. No big deal, the episode only last 22 minutes. Its 14:33. I'm late for class and didn't present the assignment. asks what is wrong with me and why didn't I do my part. I honestly answered I have no idea, what was I doing during all that time? I have been like this for the last seven years. I should have graduated three years ago. I can only go through because education is free in my country as long as you progress a little. Someone help me.

I live in a third world shithole with an incredibly high murder rate but contrary to the US the public universities are usually the best as long as you manage to pass the entrance exam. Think of Tokyo university or the state universities of China. Here is a short list and there are many more https://www.edvisors.com/plan-for-college/money-saving-tips/colleges-with-free-tuition/countries-with-free-tuition/ . the fact that the US doesn't have free despite being better than these countries and that instead it opts to enslave its citizens with debts baffles me.
