Just cut/burn your thighs or some other place they can't see.

When I was like 16 there were a few times when I cut the sides of my wrist at the bally end of my radius and ulna because I wanted to see my bones. I have no meat or muscle in those spots so they were the perfect place to do it.
I'm not sure if what I saw was actual bone or just a layer of white fat (I'm not an expert on human anatomy), but it was pretty cool. Seeing [or atleast thinking you're seeing] your bones gives a pretty interesting feeling.
