Pretty much kills my social anxiety and I stopped walking manually. You can add in/ or replace one with 5htp, for some it works better, but for the L stack is a life saver
this has everything I need (besides D which I get natually)

I've tried bacopa, l-theanine, and ashwagandha, separately and in combination. my anxiety is still rampant, like now i can walk outside sometimes but i can't stop by stores or eat at restaurants still. i've even topped off with alcohol to minimal avail.
are benzos the only option?
