Imagine for a second that men and women are two different species, but they only intertwine for reproductive reasons, now imagine for whatever reason one species got to completely enslave the other, then while the master species was creating the future and ever evolving, the enslaved species was just cooking for the other species, letting the other specie have the first say, letting the other specie literally fuck it in the ass, taking care of the master specie's home and children etc, the master species was thriving and life was great but then some of the people from the master species started betraying their own (let's call them cucks) and they started giving rights and freeing the enslaved species.
And so for all of humanity it was basically men being treated like kings and gods by the women for thousands and thousands of years and yet, you were born right after the sexual revolution where its all equal and you will die a virgin unless by mere luck you manage to find an used roastie 4/10 who would only want you because she is getting old and Chad won't fuck her anymore

Being able to reproduce with each other and have fertile offspring is the definition of species. You're asking us to imagine something is a species and also not a species.
