Same here. I dismiss almost all tv shows. Same thing with anime and games. I don't know what to do. Everything seems so boring, I just can't feel any emotions other than boredom and frustration. I'm 29 and ten years ago everything seemed so interesting. And now? It feels that I could spend most of my days taking walks, looking outside the window and browsing internet.
